Sara Freeland

Founder and Mountain Guide

Born out of a passion for the wilderness, Sara created her own adventure company in 2018, which eventually became Australia Summit Tours. Originally trained as a guide in Tasmania, she returned to her home state of NSW to be closer to family. Sara’s love for her job and the environment can be seen in her ability to surprise and enchant even the most experienced of bushwalkers.

When not on the trail, you can find Sara at the beach, reading a good book or planning her next travel adventure.
