If you’re not already so active, our comprehensive 8-week training plan will have you developing the fitness you need to enjoy your walk. Using a combination of HIIT and strength training, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your fitness goals, and forging a life in the outdoors.

Forest bathing is not just another fad; spending time in nature has actually been proven to lower stress levels, boost creativity, and clear the mind - sounds good right? On all our tours, you'll be spending a few days in nature, to really recharge your soul.

Digital Detox

The digital pull is real, and we’d never get in the way of you capturing the moment, but many of our walks take us deep into the wilderness, where there is limited phone reception. So, use this opportunity to switch-off, and have a mini digital detox – it’s incredible how quickly you don’t miss it!
